SOMA GET FIT.

Open up your world to a one-of-a-kind unique training integration only offered at SOMA GET FIT. Designed specifically to meet your fitness goals and expectations, this workout will increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. It will help you realign and become aware of muscle imbalances with intent to increase mobilization. The SOMA system creator, Scott Crawford, will assess your fitness level and movement patterns then create a workout and flexibility plan tailored specifically for you. You will undergo a dynamic variety of exercises which will move the body in all planes of motion. The workout will include resistance training, Pilates, cardio, and yoga with a minimum of 20 different exercises. The workout concludes with bodywork using such modalities as PNF stretching, Thai massage, neck and shoulder release, low back release, compressive deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy. This will clear your mind from the intense training session, leaving you feeling renewed and balanced, releasing muscle tension while increasing your mobility.
