Designed specifically to meet your fitness goals and expectations, this workout will increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. It will help you realign and become aware of muscle imbalances with intent to increase mobilization. The SOMA system creator, Scott Crawford, will assess your fitness level and movement patterns then create a workout and flexibility plan tailored specifically for you.
