The SOMA system creator, Scott Crawford, will assess your fitness level and movement patterns then create a workout and flexibility plan tailored specifically for you. You will undergo a dynamic variety of exercises which will move the body in all planes of motion. The workout will include resistance training, Pilates, cardio, and yoga with a minimum of 20 different exercises.
