It Is Time

Words to live by:  “Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it.  Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.  Begin it now.”  (Goethe)

This is your year, begin it now.  Our lives are busy, our lives are full, but now is the time to begin, or continue on your fitness path.  I believe taking care of your body physically, mentally and emotionally is the best thing you can do for yourself.  My motivation comes from within and I am motivated to be the best I can be in all areas of life.  Find your motivation within yourself and use it to press forward one step at a time.  You can do it!

Nutritional thoughts: Good nutrition is a key player in any fitness plan.  I recommend eating five to six small high-protein, low-carb and low-fat meals per day and to supplement with protein shakes when necessary.  Drink lots of water!  Here are my recommendations for some lean eats:

1)   grilled chicken 2) broiled fish 3) turkey breast 4) egg whites 5) lots of veggies 6) oatmeal 7) tuna 8) baked fish
