The workout will include resistance training, Pilates, cardio, and yoga with a minimum of 20 different exercises. The workout concludes with bodywork using such modalities as PNF stretching, Thai massage, neck and shoulder release, low back release, compressive deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy.
